RETURN POLICY

Unsatisfactory items purchased online must be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit either via mail or at the Pause store. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Used, worn or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Returns by COD or with postage due will not be accepted nor will shipping and handling charges be refunded. All sale merchandise and perishable items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that custom, monogrammed and special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

If your item arrives damaged you must contact Pause Dog Boutique immediately and request authorization to return your purchase. Pause Dog Boutique will not accept damaged items returned without authorization.

To return an item by mail:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please make sure you include the original packing slip and include the reason for return and/or item for exchange.
Obtain a delivery confirmation and insure the package for tracking purposes either via Federal Express, UPS or the Postal Service and mail to:

Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of returns.
Important: Shipping fees for returns are not refundable.

Damaged Items:

If your item is damaged or defective, please call us at 845-876-4330 for a return authorization #. We are not responsible for any damaged or defective merchandise sent back without prior approval.

Cancellation or Change to Order:

Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as they have not been shipped. Please contact us at pauseshop@yahoo.com or call us at 845-876-4330. Please note that custom, monogrammed and special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
