Virtual Easter Bunny 2020
Due to the current situation we will be unable to host our Easter Bunny charity event this year. If you have the means to assist in any way and have enjoyed visiting the dog shop and attending our fundraising events each year, we would be grateful if you would consider a donation to help us stay up and running during this difficult time. Each button will take you to a separate page where you have the option to enter an amount of your choice.

20in20 Movement
As part of the Leclerc's Martial Arts 20in20 movement, we share Lizzy's goal to aspire to do at least 20 acts to show kindness and build community this year. Instead of gifts for her 6th birthday, Lizzy collected teddy bears for local kids in trauma situations. We were honored to support her goal as a drop off location. She smashed her goal out of the park with a grand total of 800 stuffed animals!

Red Hook Rabbit Hunt 2016

Visit Pause Dog Boutique in the Village of Red Hook between Saturday, March 19 and Saturday, March 26 to take part in the first annual Red Hook Rabbit Hunt & Raffle, to benefit Perfect Pets Rescue. Cost is $5 to participate.

Pick up a sheet at Pause picturing a dozen eggs. Your eggs will tell you where in the village to search.

You will be looking in each shop for Ramona, pictured to the left. She is a dog, but doing her best to impersonate the Easter Bunny.

Have fun browsing each shop to see what new things they have to offer for spring! Ramona may just happen to change her hiding places in the stores each day.

You may seach for a single day or hunt throughout the whole week. Whoever is working each location will stamp or initial their "egg" once Ramona has been found.

Return to Pause with your Easter eggs filled in by 5:00pm on Saturday, March 26. Even if you haven't filled in all your eggs, everyone who takes part in the search will receive an iced Easter cookie for their dog and a picture with our giant Easter bunny.

Those who have filled in all dozen eggs will be entered into our Perfect Pets Rescue Raffle for 6 spectacular prize packs, featuring prizes donated by Pause Dog Boutique, Companion Ware, Sirius Play Dog Training & Coast to Coast Dog Treats.

Earth Angels Veterinary Hospital Food & Supply Drive
We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with Earth Angels Veterinary Hospital in Wappingers Falls in their effort to provide food & supplies for disadvantaged and at risk pets. Pause Dog Boutique will serve as a collection station for dog or cat food and supplies. Please note that all food must be in original unopened bags or containers, and must not be beyond its expiration date. We can also accept pet carriers and unused bedding, toys, collars, leashes and grooming supplies. Earth Angels has long been a supporter of Pause.
